Alumni Reunions & Events Calendar

The Alumni Reunions & Events Calendar allows members to inform the entire alumni community of reunions and gatherings being organised.

Alumni area encouraged to share information on gatherings of all sizes (even two alumni coming together) as that is likely to result in more frequent alumni networking than waiting for a large reunion to be organised.

Please keep in mind that this is a member maintained calendar and members should contact the team organiser to confirm date/venue, etc. to make sure that they have the right event details.

Members are able to subscribe to the ical calendar feed; which allows you to view and/or overlay the calendar event through your ical compatible calendar (such as Outlook, Google Calendar, etc)

Very Important: Due to the global nature of the Gemini Consulting Alumni Network, and hence this calendar, it is critical that members change the time zone of the alumni calendar to the time zone where the event is taking place. This is is easily done on the web version of the calendar by right clicking the location shown in the bottom right hand corner of the calendar. Failure to select the right time zone will result in an inaccurate day/time being recorded for the event and potentially many upset alumni. As a 'safety' precaution I strongly encourage event organisers to write the day/time and location in the subject of the event and to include the organisers contact details within the body of the event so that other members can contact the organiser to confirm the event details.
