As the founder and manager of the Gemini Consulting Alumni Network, I would like to personally welcome you to our virtual community.

I am a senior business improvement professional who partners with organisations to transform their business strategy, operating model and processes to achieve measurable improvements in operational efficiency and effectiveness.

With a strong focus on leading the opportunity identification, design and implementation phases of programs I have delivered outcomes for Australian and global entities across five continents and multiple industries, including the mining, oil & gas, metal, manufacturing, telco, banking, finance and government sectors; at both corporate and operational levels.

My international business consulting career would not have been possible had it not been for the job opportunity that Gemini Consulting Benelux offered me back in 1998 when I graduated from the MBA programme of the Rotterdam School of Management.

The warm and nurturing attitude of the Benelux, British, German and French Gemini Consulting teams made my international consulting career a reality. I made friends for life out of those projects, and I experienced a consulting culture unmatched by any company that I have had the privilege of working with since those days.

It is because of the special place that Gemini Consulting has in my heart, and the consequences that its merger with Cap Gemini had on our ability to stay together, that I began this network in 2005; and that I continue to manage it to this day.

It is my hope that this network acts as a vehicle to allow us to keep connecting with our fellow 'Gemini' brothers and sisters, and that our continued contact with each other will allow us to maintain the very unique culture that we had back in our 'Gemini' years.

While my physical location (Perth, Western Australia) makes it difficult for me to personally organise reunions in the main 'Gemini' hubs, I encourage all members to take the initiate and do so. I am happy for messages to be circulated in the network to announce the reunion and get people excited. Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any ideas, or even if you just want to talk about the nostalgia of our 'Gemini' years. Love doing that!
